Super Target to Open July 26

SuperTarget, which will be the anchor for a 500,000 square foot shopping center is scheduled to open on July 26, 2009. The center, Woodbridge Crossing, is an excellent retail opportunity for Wylie and the surrounding communities. The population for the retail trade area encompassing Woodbridge Crossing is estimated to be over 88,000.

Pediatric Associates of Wylie Break Ground

lanman-groundbreaking Dr. Nicole and Aaron Lanman broke ground on a new Pediatric Associates of Wylie (P.A.W.) office to be located at the intersection of Woodbridge Crossing and Hooper Drive just north of Raymond B. Cooper Junior High. P.A.W.'s 7,207 square foot facility will be will be the flagship of a three phased office complex consisting of over 18,000 square feet of medical/office facilities.

"We are pleased that Aaron and Nicole continue to invest in and serve this community," stated Mayor Eric Hogue at the groundbreaking ceremony. Mayor Hogue continued by stating that "this office park is a testament to the strength of the Wylie economy. Even in trying economic times, Wylie's business horizon shines bright because of individuals committed to the community," Mayor Hogue concluded.

Pediatric Associates of Wylie is scheduled to complete their facility in July, 2009.
